May 2021

Past Month’s Accomplishments: Cost negotiations for HVAC issues were finalized. Deductive change order going to the June Board for $17K. Stop Notice was issued. DL Falk to confirm payment to Contractor prior to issuance of final retention.

Next Month’s Milestones: CLOSEOUT PHASE. Security Programmer to return to site and complete final programming. Controls contractor to return to site to bring building back online.

April 2021

Past Month’s Accomplishments: AV Training, Total Controls Assessment, and Microbiz Security Assessment were all completed.

Next Month’s Milestones: Watt stopper training scheduled for 5/7/21 with M&O. Security Programmer to return to site and complete final programming. Controls contractor to return to site to bring building back online.

March 2021

Past Month’s Accomplishments: Punch list roughly 99% complete. HVAC correction of work ongoing. Campus security contractor to come onsite and re-program all new keypads. AV equipment training held with CTSS and staff. 

Next Month’s Milestones: Promethean TV training with CTSS. Wattstopper training with M&O security re-programming in all classrooms scheduled for 4/12/21. Controls contractor to assess building and provide a summary of corrective work.

February 2021

Past Month’s Accomplishments: Punch list roughly 99%. HVAC correction of work ongoing. Commissioning to follow.

Next Month’s Milestones: Finalize Air Balancing and Building Commissioning Schedule Watt stopper and AV Equipment Training with College staff.

January 2021

Past Month’s Accomplishments: Punch list roughly 98% complete. Open exterior handrail work and HVAC sign off.

Next Month’s Milestones: Finalize air balancing and building commissioning.

December 2020

Past Month’s Accomplishments: Punch list underway. Final walk scheduled for 12/15/20 with a few exceptions of FA Final Test.

Next Month’s Milestones: Air Balancing in classrooms and restrooms report. Hydronic flush out complete. Report sent to M&O. AV installation complete. Scheduling training with college this month and in the New Year.

November 2020

Past Month’s Accomplishments: Substantial completion achieved on 11/16/20. Punch list work underway. Final building finishes to be complete before end of month.

Next Month’s Milestones: Contract Closeout; Fire Alarm Testing pushed to first week of December based on JCI's back log, Air Balancing in Classrooms and Restrooms; AV installation of TV's will be last. Chlorination and Hydronic Flush-out to be addressed before end of December.

October 2020

Past Month’s Accomplishments: Continuation with installation of finishes, lighting, registers, flooring and AV/IT equipment. Exterior walk-way construction underway on the second floor. Installed fire extinguishers, signage and BOK modern handrail patters.

Next Month’s Milestones: The design team and the construction contractor will continue the review and finalize punch list items. Testing and air balancing in classrooms and restrooms and AV installation of TV's will be last construction item to be completed. The team will complete chlorination and hydronic flush-out of the system to prepare for re-opening.

September 2020

Past Month’s Accomplishments: Continued installation of finishes, lighting, registers, flooring, and AV equipment. Elevator shaft is now up to code. Completed handrail extensions, lobby wall finish, and fire caulking in lobby and corridors.

Next Month’s Milestones: Contractor will install T-bar, ceiling tiles, lighting and AV installation. Complete painting, wall tiling, flooring, casework, and countertops installation in restrooms. Begin flooring in lobby and corridor. Contractor will complete painting, handrail panel installation, lighting, wall finishes, T-bar, and ceiling tiles.
